You stated the conflict was hurting business interests and perceptions. What specific entities/people felt this way? And how was it ruining their economic interests? As a follow up, did Rumsfeld and Cheney affect Kissinger’s aspirations/vision for detente in the Ford admin? Thanks guys!!
