Unfortunately, the writer was very rude to me after I posted my version even though I genuinely loved the script and shared it with a lot of respect. Apparently, he hated his own script but kept it up anyway, and didn’t want anyone to fill it?
I totally understand if someone doesn’t want their work used but the way it was handled, with threats and hostility, was really hurtful and completely unnecessary. I even shared it on GWA and he went as far as requesting it be taken down there too. So I’ve decided to just delete the audio and move on. It’s not worth the drama. I've never been treated this way by a script writer...
From now on, I’ll be focusing on original scripts and my own creations. I’m honestly so tired of the negativity and gatekeeping in this space. I pour my heart into every recording, and I just want the freedom to create without being disrespected or constantly policed.
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you so much to those of you who supported the audio while it was up. Your love and kindness mean the world to me. 🖤
