Power of the Emerald Update

Surprise! Uh... yeah, so remember this project, from all the way back when I started this Patreon? I think the last post was back in... 2016... ugh, so embarrassing.

Well it's still limping along. Due to various obstacles (mostly just the artists involved didn't have as much time to dedicate to drawing the scenes), the progress had ground to a halt, and other projects took forefront.

A little bit ago, I was looking into ToonBoom, Moho and the crazy impressive rigs those programs can produce. I've got to learn to do this myself.

So, I figured what better project to test that animation method out on than one where my biggest setback has been artist availability? This way, once I build the rig, I can do most of the shots on my own, without constantly needing others to draw the assets (ideally).

So I reached back out to The Other Half and commissioned these character model sheets, with the plan to eventually turn them into Moho or ToonBoom rigs (which I'll definitely make available to patron in the future!)

Now, I'm not jumping back into this project right away. My time is currently going to Vaygren - Lustful Temptations (Expect some updates on that soon!) and Hikari's Dilemma. However, once those projects are done and dusted, I'll be jumping back into Power of the Emerald and finally get some real progress there.
