7.0 News!

We're less than a week out from Dawntrail early access so we wanted to update you all with some information regarding modding and our content.
As stated before, we do plan to fix any of our paid content that is broken, however we want to elaborate on this since there are some amazing and powerful tools that will be available to the community that will allow you to reinstall and update your mods to be 7.0 ready right away. Please check out Textools in the textools discord (https://discord.gg/ffxivtextools) for the full documentation on the 7.0 version of textools.
Without going into too much technical jargon, the tldr is that this tool will allow you to update your fashion and hair ttmp2s to be 7.0 ready. You won't need to wait on creators to do so! That said, since this process is going to be very accessible and easy for users to do, hair and fashion content won't be broken and you can continue to use AM's mods once our tools our back up without having to wait on us by using textools in addition to penumbra. (they are linked now as well, please read about that in textools discord).
We do understand that some more complex mods may need to be repacked, and so in the rare case a modpack cannot easily be updated in textools, we plan to update it manually. We will be playing the new expansion and learning the new tools ourselves, so please allow us time to get to this. Otherwise, please use Textools to update your mods (especially as many of you have swapped them to different items or have a customized set up). We will be releasing new content in July as well that should be 7.0 ready, so you won't need to worry about updating these!
