REport: The Last Update from Palmdale, California

HeyJ, everyone! It wouldn't be a proper final REport if it wasn't 17 minutes long, right? ;) We're officially signing off from our previous home in Palmdale, California and thought it was a great opportunity to also give you a little taste of our Lethal Company musical finally. Looking forward to hearing some projects you'd like to see RE tackle this year (around FNAF, of course.)

We'll miss this house for sure! Hopefully we'll have many other iconic projects at our next place. Thank you for supporting Random Encounters and we'll have another on-set REport up for you soon!

Beard Salute!
~AJ

Oh boy a house tour, so exciting. Also I think the right one is the new one, and a new Pikmin musical would be cool.

Unforeseen idiot

There is a game called Killer Frequency that would be fun to have as a musical

another game i have seen recently that would work as a good RE musical is Home Safely Hotline. it is really fun and i think it would really go with your style. it does have some dark moments but they could be easily ignored and it stiil be great

I understood the Lethal Company "ice cream truck music" reference! I knew what you were going for as soon as I heard it. And I'm very much a Gwen-player - I stay in the ship at all times and guide my teammates to the scrap. But when they order things from the shop, I hear the jingle even from the ship, which is how I recognized it. For the record, when you said you had a lot of experience working on jobs that you were resigned to, I assumed you were referring to the jobs you had before you were able to migrate to RE full time. Dial-up was notoriously unreliable in addition to being super slow. Excited for your news about fiber! I'm out of the loop on whatever games are "in" these days. I've been playing Palworld with my friends lately, but it's so similar to Pokemon that I don't know what else you could do with it.

Congrats on the new laptop that’s portable! I’m very glad to hear a lot of things were fixed and know that 2024 will be a better year. The music is sounding great. As for suggestions on musicals, Mario has always been close to my heart since I was a young child and I know it seems like there are newer games you could do, but I think a Dr. Mario or MarioKart Musical would be amazing.

Stardew Valley: The musical. Line it up with the release of 1.6, please and thank you!

What about doing Resident Evil 4? I have a great love for "Resident Evil 4,000" from Yoshi Stadium, and you could only improve on it. However, I do hope that if you ever were to make a Resident Evil 4 musical that Nate would play Leon. The music for Lethal Company sounds really cool! I can't wait to hear the finished product! It's pretty sad to see the Palmdale house so empty. I know that I'll miss seeing it, but now we'll be able to have fun seeing your new house in videos.

I still need to watch some gameplay for Lethal Company. It's nice to have seen some of the game before the new musical releases. The music sounds cool (enjoyed the dancing too 😉). I've got no idea which Balloon Boy is the old one and which is the new one. They look similar to me. I don't know much about games, since I'm not really a gamer myself. But I do know that a couple of Mario related games are gonna release in the next couple of months. And I would love to see you guys make another Mario based musical. Oh, and a tour of the new house sounds fun. Enjoy your time off! (if you guys actually end up with some time off).

This game was popular a while ago so late to the party but a game i think would be fun for a musical is fears to fathom: home alone.

that song sounds great. i will always support you guys and i hope you will keep going for a long time but i want you to enjoy it. being stressed is bad for your health. last year we had less musicals but the quality made up for it. as for games, one of my all time favourites is "Tell me why". i do feel like you would need to find a trans man to play Tyler in it though. it has some of the best representation for a trans man in a world that wants us dead but it is not his entire character. it also has all sorts of representation for other things an and is a genuinely beautiful and fun game. it does have some really rough subjects but has enough that you could still make a fun musical out of it. it would be perfect for pride month

I'm going to guess that the Balloon Boy on the left in the picture is the new one! This game was popular months ago so you'd definitely be late to the party, but a thoroughly enjoyed consuming content from the game Killer Frequency, and I think it would be a fun concept to tackle for a musical. (I was unable to play it myself, so I watched other people play it for me. lol.) That's just my two cents because any other games I like you've already made into a musical.

Cat and Books are Life

I would really enjoy a choo choo Charles musical
