2024-11-02 09:14:19 +0000 UTCI thought this movie did an amazing job of capturing what it's like to have a panic attack. It's like your brain has shorted out and you can't think but your brain is also buzzing and swirling at a million miles an hour. And then anxiety started tearing up while being frozen and that just hit me so hard. Panic attacks suck.
