the mysterious man is Yuri’s dad, Woomi’s handler at the time. he will eventually pass this job onto Yuri.
I’m not sure if I’ll be able to post this uncensored anywhere else (it’s mild but social media is fickle), so I’m putting it here in case I need to censor it on public posts

everyone directly involved was killed by Woomi ~1hr before this scene. part of why he’s too exhausted to get up and nearly freezes to death. I do need to draw him actually killing people lol
