Added 2023-05-12 18:08:09 +0000 UTCwas gonna use this for a thing but then i didn't. it's more or less several things i've done before but in the context of said thing that wasn't really relevant. what's really remarkable about this one is the IT module (also attached) is only 97.1kb and totally legacy compatible. got into a bit of a byte war with myself optimizing it and the last few kb to get it under 100 was pretty intense. i'm sure i could save a few more bytes but at this point i'm satisfied with it

it's the format i use for the base of most of my music, and i like optimization. a lot.
