There is something very different between the Satire/Parody movies by David Zucker and Mel Brooks and stuff that came later. Jim Carey and Adam Sandler movies of the 90's were far more mean spirited and delighted in punching down. If you guys haven't seen Blazing Saddles I would love to hear a comparison between that and this.
