Seeing a lady wearing thick block shape heels makes her the best target to get your small fingers under. The heel is thick enough that she won't feel it. You must feel lucky that you have that feeling you won't get caught but if she doesn't feel your finger which only means that she will crush it flat as it is no concern to her. (Video is hour long couldn't upload as whole with the bigger size, had to cut it in parts. Next part comes out next week.)
