How it all started

It all started with me not feeling good in my body (I was over 10kg heavier) and continually having back pain. I no longer had even a minute to myself, always ready to help others. I was certainly not satisfied and I wasn't doing a good jobπ and that's when I encountered yoga.... Love at first practice
Tutto Γ¨ iniziato con me che non stavo bene nel mio corpo ( ero oltre 10 kg in piΓΉ) e avevo continuamente mal di schiena. Non avevo piΓΉ neanche un minuto per me sempre pronta ad aiutare gli altri. Non ero certo soddisfatta e non stavo facendo un buon lavoroπ ed Γ¨ allora che ho incontrato lo yogaβ¦.. Amore a prima pratica
