Game 8 - Working Progress - Page 28 + 29

- These are the rough sketches for page twenty-eight and twenty-nine. I wanted the main hero to be surprised by the mystery character at first, then become a annoyed by the fact that his fight was interrupted. As the mystery character refuses to move the main hero decideds "Screw it, I'm doing my own thing!"
- What I started with was drawing out all the poses for both pages, then I added the 3D sword for page twenty-eight. I mostly did this so that I could focus on the poses more then add all the backgrounds later on.
- After adding the background for pages twenty-eight and twenty-nine I completely focused on page twenty-eight first because all I had to do was reuse the same pose for the middle and bottom panel, the only thing I would have to change was the facial expression for the main hero.
- Eventually I got to work on page twenty-nine's most challenging pose after finishing off outlining all the poses for that page. What I did was I outlined the mystery mans body excluding the arms because they would just be in the way while I was outlining the body. So I decided to redrawing the arms and add the 3D sword later.
- Finally after completing the pose I thought it would be a good idea to change one of the panels, instead of the main hero looking intensely it's now the mystery man scowling at The Glitch. Then I added the speech bubbles, LVL: 2 and the LVL: 50 for both pages.
