Game 7 - Working Progress - Page 1 (Cover)

- This is how I started the cover of, The Adventures of 1UP: Game 7. What I did was I reused assests from a previous issue I worked on and changed the lettering for the title.
- After leaving it blank for a while I figured I would reuse some more assets from a different issue, what I used was the circuit board from volume 3 of the same story. The I worked on the screen, what I did was I used some 3D assets of a city from a birds eye view, converted the 3D layer to lineart and then I used the same colour gradient as the background.
- For the icon I ended up copying the head from a pose I worked on before, then I inked the head while making a few changes to the character design. I chose to work on the icon on a different file so that it wouldn't be so distracting sketching, inking and colouring on a page that already had so much purple.
- Here's the finished results for the cover. After working on the icon I used the same gradient technique I used for the cover, screen and background. After completing the screen I glitched it and used filters so that the effect wasn't so bright.
