Feral Demons occur when one is afflicted with the curse called Omen of Blight which occurs 5 hours after ones birth. If the curse is not removed the child will go through excruciating pain before turning into a Feral Demon. Feral demons feast on unafflicted Demons who roam the Outskirts of the Below. PS: Eva kills feral demons for a living

Yeah so at first, she killed them with an almost tender kindness, as a means to end their suffering mercifully. However, over time she grew to despise and even hate them, as they had killed many of her comrades throughout the years. She loathed the curse, and her mind had become numb to the act of killing. Furthermore, she harbors a deep hatred towards Klara, who was once a feral demon with the highest kill bounty, having slain over 100 Shepherds - the women who cure afflicted children and hunt those beyond salvation.
