Soyeon (the rapper and writer of this song) said this about using female pronouns "I didn't want to limit that 'she' to a certain being or a certain definition. So it's open to anything. I believe that all kinds of love are valuable and must be respected. That's why I don't want to limit 'she' to something specific."
It's very likely that they talked about a woman falling in love with another woman, but the song could also be interpreted as a song about trusting oneself. The music video has a lot of religious imagery and portrayals of sin and purity, angels and demons etc.
There is also an English version to oh my god and the lyrics in it are a lot more blunt and straight forward, unlike the Korean version, it's very clearly about love between two women.
This is the rap for the english version of oh my god
"Oh God, I should stay away
But then you will hit me up and I am on my way
Can't stop, girl, you make me sick
But then you make me wanna stick around
I know I got it bad
It feels good, yeah, I'll regret it
You're detrimental to my health but I ain't never leavin' (Yeah, yeah)
I'm probably crazy but I need it, want it, gotta have it
You may be poison, but sure as hell taste like honey"
That's pretty straight forward.
