My Next Project

It's no secret that Mismatched is in it's final arc. After so many years, it'll finally come to an end. But that's still a long way off because of the nature of my updating schedule. Two episodes a month does not progress the story as fast as I like. But such is the nature of my real life obligations.

Anyhow, I've been thinking of what's gonna be coming after Mismatched. And while a lot of people are expecting and waiting for "Next in Line" Season 2. I don't think that's gonna happen.

There are so many reasons that made me cancel that project and it's gonna take a lot of explaining from me to do. The Biggest reason to cancel that story is the huge amount of time that has passed from season 1's ending. Coupled with the fact that new readers will not be immersed in the story without having read season 1. There are so so many other reasons that I don't want to list because it's gonna sound like excuses and I don't like to sound like that.

Therefore, a new project was born. Which in reality is not entirely new. It's a side story of a much bigger project (Which I'll never be able to do in my lifetime unfortunately) That can be told as a stand alone story (Just like how Mismatched is a side story of a bigger story).

I feel like I can shine more with smaller stories taken from bigger universes that I designed.

My driving force to make BL stories is for the sheer reason that the type of stories I wanna read does not exist. Or I'm just really bad at finding them.

I'll share more artworks and concept arts next time but for now I'll leave you with the synopsis.

Phobos is a sentient weapon of mass destruction that has finally been captured by the military. Dismantling him is however not part of the military's agenda. Why turn him into a metal junk when you can turn him into an asset instead? Phobos welcomes the idea by sending one Commander after the other into the emergency room without mercy. Does turning Phobos into an asset a lost cause or does it take a special person to do that?
