This feeling and a negative self talk spiral go hand in hand for my brain. So this audio makes me feel so.. seen, and comforted. I started crying halfway through (A good cry promise) because I’ve always been alone in these fits of self hate, pushing everyone away, when all I needed was a shoulder to cry on
