The REQ should be masculinity/muscle minded/submissive for Muscle bitch. It wasn't properly checking for muscle-minded, now it is in the new update.
2018-10-26 21:56:37 +0000 UTCYou can do that through runes and elixirs mostly, I haven't done much stuff with males but most things can be changed with the rune system. I'd suppose worst case scenario you could gender swap them and swap back after making the adjustments which aren't usually available.

If not could you add something like shemale title or gender to give them that?(just a suggestion) Also great work!
