I already contacted some of you via DMs, but I prefer to clarify this also with this post! 🥰
According to the latest changes on Pin Club tiers (as explained in the previous post), if you’re still interested in receiving the monthly rewards, including February's Empoleon, you have to subscribe to one of the NEW tiers by yourself!
❗❗At the moment some of you are subscribed to my Patreon but not to a specific tier! This means they’re paying members but won’t receive any reward. Please double check if this is your case!
→ To fix this you need to delete your actual membership and re-subscribe (or modify your current one).
Otherwise, you will pay without receiving future rewards (including February’s Empoleon).
❗❗❗I CAN’T REFUND if you’re in this situation!
I won’t be able to issue refunds for anyone who does not modify their subscription by themselves! 😭
