Thunder Cat
Added 2024-07-03 17:30:01 +0000 UTCA few pages along and something gives you a small shock. You look carefully at the page to see, taped to the inside, a few hairs. They glow blue and black.
The page reads. Tonitru Felis maximus, the thunder cat. Said to inhabit the demi planes of wind, these creatures are known for hiding in thunderheads before descending from the skies to catch and kill their prey. Coming down as a bolt of lightening, most don't see their deaths coming.
Warning signs similar to a thunderstorm, however, listen for the sounds of a low growl before the strike or a cat's yowl after the strike.
Recommended defence, rubber lined metal armour or specialized lighting conductors. Once grounded, they aren't too difficult to deal with.
