2020-12-31 04:47:04 +0000 UTCWhat is the format for a livestream bookclub? I'm not even sure what that means. I was thinking about revisiting Less Than Zero anyway. I think The Shards has made me curious. I think that I read it in the summer of '85. Whichever summer, we were hanging out at a friend's house on Balboa Island. I remember thinking it was kind of trashy, lowbrow, but at the same time realizing it was very well done. I didn't have a lot of experience with satire at that time.
