I was in total shock and awe, mouth agape, listening to a life changing story 30 seconds ago. And now I'm listening to Brennan saying he picks up shifts at a Japanese ryokan and Lou saying his name is Roz McClean. Wouldn't change a thing.

2025-06-07 23:37:10 +0000 UTCSo I'll try to keep it concise and just list out answers: Ghost: The child we meet many episodes ago in port Talon who has the ability to nullify some spells with her blood, Suvi tells her to join the Citadel, last we hear of her is that she'd been picked up by the glass coronet The Liquid: retrieved from Glass coronet members, has the ability to nullify some spells The mesh: Put over a sewer tunnel entrance by the Citadel which was magically able to stop shape shifters from being able to pass through/alert the wizards if someone did that The smell: Ursalon was able to identify the smell on the mesh after the liquid had been poured as that of Ghost, the Liquid was her blood and so implying the Glass coronet has been doing something messed up to Ghost.

2025-05-20 10:19:49 +0000 UTCI have to say my favorite part of this was 103:45, Aabria says "my God, you deleted an entire bloodline" and the sullen way Brennan says "Yeah" just hits my heart. Reminds me of Enders Games when he realizes he was the bad guy and the totality of what he had done.

At least Outtake Theater is validating my choice to not listen to this episode while driving. Who needs to just kill puppies and loved NPCs when you can destroy all of them and everyone in their community all at once? Damn, y’all.
