New Studio Name?!

Greetings people! Hardcoded is creeping ever closer to it's release date, and we've been thinking about adding one of those little game-studio animated logos to the pre-main-menu area. Something charming, like a chuckling fish. But, you know, not that. We have decided that due to the tremendous amount of Ghost-Blank studio names out there, we are gonna pick something new! It's taken a lot of thought, but it seems like we're constantly stumbling upon another Ghost-Blank. There's Ghost-ship, Ghost-fire, Ghost-town, Ghost-story, and just plain Ghost! We dont wanna get lost in the march of the undead. We'd rather be named after a cool mushroom or something. So here are our ideas:

We've got Bug Monthly. Imagine a cute pixel art of a little magazine with a bug on the cover. Adorable.

Squid Illustrated. Same deal, but more aquatic. Or maybe not, could be a land-squid. We dunno yet.

Gomphidius Games. Fuck it, I'm gonna draw a little magazine for this one too, but with a mushroom on the cover. We are somewhat concerned that no one will be able to spell this by ear.

Prawngar Games: I will draw a hybrid between the lowly Shrimp and the powerful River Gar. An ideal amalgamation of marine might? I'm gonna be drawing this regardless of whether it wins.

And for those who are attached to the classics, Ghost Hug Games. I've always liked this name, despite its samey-ness. Cause we wanna make games that feel like they're hugging you, even though they're not real, you know?
