Kim and Hailey are planning to strike out on All Hallows' Eve, dressed as a witch and a devil, getting up to no good like the cool girls they are. Maybe they teepee a house? Maybe they disrupt an occultist meeting? Or maybe they get wild at the school's Halloween bash? I'm sure where ever the goths decide to go they'll end the night looking super cool, right?
