I remember when this happened. The Guardian wrote an article that had diagrams of the building, timetables and a list of the tools they used. Because it was online there were ads for concrete saws and magnetic diamond tipped drills, it was literally a guide for pulling a heist! They had to retract the article and apologize! XD

I have a sneaky feeling the missing loot is hidden away in a Canadian (Ontario) safety deposit box...🤔🇨🇦

Loved this! More of the same please. And no, not a crime lord. Honest. Guv. (Snitches get stitches dontcha know). And one thing I love about this on Patreon. The way you stop and have a chat. It's like watching it with a mate.

The quoted £40 million is a guestimate as most of it was already stolen property, the depositor not coming forward or declaring what was missing. Deposit facilities all over the country contain some very dodgy items. When I cleared my Father's after his death I had an enormous problem with one collection, they weren't technically illegal but illegal to sell without the correct certificates, some I could sell as classed as antiques others using my Shotgun Certificate or donated to museums. Some just had to be surrendered to the Police. None had been used in a crime but some had a very interesting previous German, Italian or Japanese owner. One pair of Shotguns paid for my move to Ireland.

ITV did a mini series dramatising this that's still available to stream on itvX - just search on there for "Hatton Garden".

If you're interested in British gangs, try asking Google about The Kray Twins or The Richardson Gang! I'm 75 at not a criminal! Honest!

Did they use the Bricktop actor to read the letters?
