I finished this video back in May with the hopes of uploading it to Youtube - I know Eurovision reactions seem to be really popular and thought it would be fun for the channel! π€
Unfortunately I have been working on clearing/fixing the copyright claims since then - and have been unsuccessful. Rather than remove the video or continue editing the video into a version I don't really like, I'd rather than it with you guys!
(I had to upload this to Patreon so it's viewable from copyright, it's a long story - all other videos will be on YT as normal!)

2024-08-24 21:17:39 +0000 UTCI think the EBU are dreading Australia ever winning, a long haul for all. They are now a member of the EBU, the contest is hugely popular down under. Russia has been barred since invading Ukraine.

2024-08-24 11:56:15 +0000 UTCYou mentioned that Dustin the Turkey came 15th. that was 15 out of 15 in one of the two semi finals. Only UK, France, Italy, Germany and Spain automatically qualify for the final. Known as the Big Five as were the Countries that formed the European Broadcasting Union after the War. The previous year's winner is the Host country and automatically qualify. Hosted by UK 2023 in Liverpool as Ukraine couldn't host. Sweden won again and now equal Ireland's previous record 6 wins. It was also the 50th. anniversary of Abba's First win for Sweden. It's off to sunny Italy next year as were the winner this year.

From the great Sam Ryder to the god awful Jemini (they deserved that nil point) π We've got 0/come last a few times recently, luckily we automatically get in the final lol Rosa Linn was robbed, should have been top 10! My fave Eurovision song & she's released some great songs since... Verka = Icon!!!
