Don't know mine anymore as often a different one daily since our local delivery office was closed and now comes from the regional one in the city. Ringing the local number and the call goes through to Dublin and then any queries passed on to Cork who may then contact one other than an email stating that it is being dealt with. Progress sucks! The only quick contact made when a Customs Charge is due to be paid before an item is delivered.
