Huge shoutout to community member Popcorn who sent this Blue Peter book to the PO Box!
This week I wanted to try two dessert recipes with varying success... as I write this, I'm actually snacking on one! Hope you like the video!

Just curious, do all people across the pond use spatulas for mixing and stirring? Everyone I've seen cooking lately does that. Don't you have spoons over there?

I wanted Lasic but was persuaded to go with the cataract option of lens replacement as it never needs correcting and you don't get the grit in the eye sensation, plus in Australia Lasic is treated as cosmetic and is not covered by Medicare, where as cataracts are medical. With just one eye done it's amazing the difference, i can watch tv without glasses, and thats nice

Everyone got very confused at the Butchers early 70's, metric currency and sausages in kilos. No more 2/6d a pound but 12.5p for 450 gms. Shrinkflation had started 450gms is less than a pound, many upped it to 500gms and 15p.

It was the top toy to have for Xmas 30 years ago! And it was expensive. So Blue peter thought, why donβt we show you how to make your own out of household things!
