Book Club REWIEW - Pretty good!
Added 2022-09-28 18:00:05 +0000 UTCFor September, I read my first ever Witcher-series books, The Last Wish (you can get it here if you want to try it). I thought it was good! It's been awhile since I've read something that's proper fantasy, which monsters and everything
I definitely think it's a great introduction to the characters if you're interested in reading the actual series. I have a hard time committing to a multi-book series as it takes me so long, but I wouldn't say no to continuing with more Witcher stuff. I also felt like it went by really quickly.
October's Book choice is something different, though!

I enjoyed this one, I thought it was a good introduction to the world and the lore of The Witcher. It's a nice easy slide into the main books if you want to read them. Interestingly, Series 1 of the Netflix show pretty much covers all of the events in this book.
