Patreon Only - Potato Bread for St. Patrick's Day!

Hey guys! For St. Paddy's day this year, I tried making Potato Break!

Thanks to Aaron for suggesting this idea! I used this recipe. I realised afterwards that her cups were actually "Australian cups" which are apparently different to North American ones! Who knew!

If you like potato bread a certain way, let me know! I'd love to try out some of the different variations.

The pastry blender worked perfect!! Way better than the flimsy potato mashers they had the store. Thanks again!!

Nice one!

I've seen this in the shops before but never tried it - might have to now. Great video!

Great job, they sort of look like potato pancakes which I now want. Glad you remembered you had the pastry blender. I guess by using it to mash potatoes that makes it a multi-tasker as Alton Brown would call it.

In a full irish breakfast we have potato bread instead of toast! Thank you for trying my idea! The potato bread you made looked like potato bread that I’ve had in breakfasts at restaurants before! You did a great job with it!

Underrated food. But I did let out a massive 'tut' when Alanna says things like "you don't need to do that" like she knows more than the person that has been paid money to publish the recipe.

They came out great! Another A&N Kitchen masterpiece...πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

A cup is never an exact quantity as will depend on how compacted the ingredient is and if levelled with the back of a knife or not. A nice hard vintage cheese and some chives or some chopped scallions (spring onions) would be a good addition. A chopped Scotch Bonnet or a drop or two of Tabasco?

Your better with draught Guinness rather than original. It is an acquired taste but I like it, my go to drink now, might try a cider on your recommendation as I can't remember having it before, anyway back to the video lol

Hi, Alanna, i have never tried them but that was really interesting and they looked very good. Your reaction to the Guinness was great as well.

Often had with an Irish breakfast
