Great spooky show!
Added 2021-10-22 18:01:01 +0000 UTCLike most of the world, I watched Squid Game on Netflix and thought it was great! It's obviously subtitled, and some of them did NOT adequately translate... but I thought it was a great show.
I didn't really understand why everyone was saying "it's the best thing ever" but as you get further into it, and the contestants are faced with worse moral dilemmas, it really hit me! The sets are great, the idea is interesting and I happily binged the whole show!
I also really appreciate that the creator made the show like 10 years ago but wasn't able to get a studio to make it until now - that's dedication!

Binge watched it and thought it was brilliant. There's a clear influence from the film Battle Royale, and that's definitely worth a watch if you've not seen it.

I was going to watch a show called Alice in Borderland next, because it’s kinda similar! https://www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/alice_in_borderland It’s a Japanese show! The plot is everyone in Tokyo disappears but the people that don’t disappear are forced to play games, I think it sounds really cool! I wanted to suggest it because i thought you’d like it if you liked squid game!
