UK PO Box address can't accept deliveries from couriers as they will not know our real address. Our PO Box is set up with Royal Mail so only they will know how to redirect it to us. Parcelforce in particular has been a problem but we did have success with Amazon deliveries.

2021-07-16 16:13:00 +0000 UTCConsidering ParcelForce is a Royal Mail subsidiary that is puzzling. Amazon use Royal Mail if being sent from one of their fulfilment centre's, or the postal service of whichever country it is coming from if another European Amazon site is used. but if coming direct from supplier they often will use another carrier. Be prepared to have to pay Customs clearance fees and/or import duty/VAT now if coming from the EU. (Does not apply to Amazon as use a DPP system).
