Great video. I would love to t try it myself but do t have the strength or energy to do it. I also don’t drink unless you pin me down and force it down my neck or buy me alcohol.

Even people that used them every day would have trouble when they first started. My grandpa home brewed beer. I couldn't help because I wasn't able to follow directions exactly back then. Probably a good thing you didn't try drinking that.

I hope you have had a great move and are enjoying your new flat, I’m very glad you didn’t end up homeless, even for a short time. Depends if you want a nice easy drinking Cider or an head wrecking Scrumpy. Lots of artisan brewers as well, Kent was the home of the Hop at one time. Hope the move went well.

It is quite critical to get the quantities correct to achieve the best results, although cider is a bit more forgiving than an ale, which can quickly turn to vinegar if you don't get it right. I hope you're reading this in your new home, and all is going well.
