2021-03-07 00:53:37 +0000 UTCThe slow-mo shot was hilarious 😂 I'm so glad you didn't break the balloon whisk attachment of your hand blender, as they are not build for stiff mixtures like dough. I'm speaking from experience as I've broken a whisk attachment that way! Not quite Timbits, but my Co-op local had Timbit sized mini-donuts coated in chocolate the other week😋

My mother was a baker at the Tim Hortons that is now the OnRoute just before you reached my hometown on the EB 401 so she had the industrial stand mixer. Between this and the Wiggles covering Tame Impala my weekend has been made! I do have some questions for the person who wrote the article with the recipe. Timbits...are the pride of Canadians and are one of the country’s must-try culinary specialties and saying Tim Horton was a field hockey player 🤣🤣🤣

Did they all get binned after you stopped filming, or does your other half get fed your experiments (happens to me all the time!)? Have a good week😀

If you did ever make Timbits again all you need to get the right size portion of dough is two spoons ( Dessert spoons or soup spoons ) you scoop the dough up with one spoon then scrape. it off with the other into the oil, although i think the mishappen ones look quite nice.
