Best homemade pizza!

We use this recipe for the dough - doesn't need kneading, just make it and leave it overnight : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cqYiUmutGI&t=240s
Then you need pizza sauce, mozzarella and your favourite toppings! We use a pizza stone in the oven as it really helps crisp up the base, but I don't think it's totally necessary.
Then pop your pizza in the oven! Ours only needs about 7 minutes to cook :)

2021-02-13 07:30:04 +0000 UTCI absolutely love Spanish style chorizo. The Mexican style is good too, but it's not a hard sausage. It melts and basically just leaves the spices. Tastes great in scrambled eggs. I think I actually said the same thing commenting to today's video. Damn, even online I'm a rerun 😂

On our homemade pizza, one has chorizo (which looks like your classic pepperoni) and the darker one is herb-crusted saucisson which is your fancy salami!

2021-02-09 18:29:24 +0000 UTCIn the US we order pepperoni. In some other countries to get the same thing they order salami. Pepperoni is a salami with a lot of paprika is my understanding. If I order delivery pizza in Kent do I ask for pepperoni? I also wonder what toppings are more popular there than in the USA or Canada? Yours looks like both pepperoni and real salami.
