Added 2020-12-03 19:01:01 +0000 UTCWhenever we have a bright sunny day here in Kent, I always try to get outside. Currently Ontario is getting overwhelmed with snow, so I try extra hard to appreciate the good weather here! Even just a little walk.
Plus I find that getting fresh air and real sunlight on my face is so important over the wintertime, especially now being in lockdown (basically). Gotta keep that mental health in check!
I hope you guys are able to get outside and enjoy some good sun, too!
