Mid-September is a good time to start celebrating! First off, I watched I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House. I definitely wouldn't call it horror, but it's eerie with lots of atmospheric stuff. Certainly an arty-movie for folks who like that kind of thing. Very slow. Lots of b-roll.
Overall I was a bit bored, but the camera angles and cinematography is really beautiful!

2020-09-15 19:49:34 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed it when it came out. It's by the son of Anthony Perkins, who played Norman Bates in Psycho. You should check out other movies of his like The Blackcoat's Daughter aka February and Gretel and Hansel. He's a very talented director.
