Odds and Ends. They're pretty good for a non artist, I can tell what they are meant to be! (If I tried you wouldn't have a clue!)

Ar558a

That is so kind, thank you!! Travelling the world sounds incredible :)

Adventures and Naps

I've been following you on You Tube for a few months. as a fellow Canadian, and Ontarian, I'm interested in watching you explore living in another culture. I'm ancient and a woman but I plan to, as soon as the world opens up again, get rid of my home and belongings and travel the world living on my pension. I feel an bond with London and visit every 2 years or so for a couple of weeks staying in hostels. spent December there. You mentioned patreon one day so I thought I'd give you my support.

Suzanne Hawkins

Odds and Ends here.

Graham Lavers

Ahh Kraft Dinner!! lol The beauty of the internet!

Adventures and Naps

I found your YouTube after doing a google search tryng to find out what the hell Kraft dinner actually is. Honestly, google 'what is Kraft dinner' or 'what is craft dinner' as I did and see what shows up. Thanks to Terrence and Phillip for that! Signed up to Patreon after you showed a stack of postcards you were writing and talked about it briefly, not sure which video but I'm almost certain it was in your office. Thanks for helping to keep us all entertained, stay safe.

Oliver Langan

I discovered you on Youtube as a "traveller in the UK" reality video. I find those types of videos fascinating - so I signed up for the Patreon when it became available. Thank you for the painting lesson - from your experience I have learned that it is best to do the background first!

William Seabrook

Forgot to say was on patreon as support a tech channel and when you mentioned it I added you to the people I support

Tazz1669

Odds and ends for me. Found your channel by accident I think, am friends with a Canadian family who are here in Scotland and wondered what the transition would have been like for them. Keep up the good work, brightens my day when you post. If you need a break we will be here for you. Take care

Tazz1669

You're welcome. Dont want to burn yourself out, Just make sure you look after yourself. Hope you enjoy our weekend as best you can.

Odds and Ends gets my vote. I was already supporting other people on Patreon when you launched your one, so I think I probably joined in the first day or two

Colin Barrow

David

Oh and then Patreon, actually I think I was looking for other people’s Patreon and I think I must have remembered you once mentioning it

Donal

my daughter was in Australia and my son was going to China and I must have looked up stuff to do with living in other countries and YouTube included one of your videos somewhere on the homepage or play next

Donal

Oh I found it now!

Mark Osborn

Something went wrong with my last comment the first part got deleted, I think I pressed the wrong button!!

Mark Osborn

in the current situation we are all in they mean a lot, so thanks for everything you do,I work in a supermarket so I'm not in total lockdown, I share a house with people who are, It can be very frustrating, any how thanks again for everything.

Mark Osborn

I've been watching your videos on You Tube for a year and knew about patreon for a while, it was just a few days ago that I took the plunge and signed up. So glad I did!!, your videos really cheer me up and

Alanna's Jack Pine gets my vote πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸŒ²πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ

I don't know what video it was on YT, The video that made me join Patreon was your "I've been kicked out" and subsequent ones about trying to get your visa to get back to UK Your videos are all so different and really lift my spirits. I have C-PTSD and other anxiety conditions and your videos just give me time to forget about those things and escape to another zone. So thank you. Another thing is you might not be great at baking or cooking, you might not be the world's best artist, but you know what, at least you try and do your best. You bring a lot of joy into people's lives, even for 20 minutes or so a week. Keep up the good work πŸ˜‰

Great video Alanna. Odds & Ends gets my vote. πŸŒ²πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸŽ¨

I heard about your patreon through a video on yt but it was so long ago I can’t remember which. I preferred your second painting but both were beyond what I could do. Thanks for the video it’s helpful to have distractions from everything and thanks to your sister for making the video possible.

Sarah Hogg

I signed up for Patreon after i watched that video you did where you kept flashing the subliminal message "sign up to my Patreon" every 10 seconds.

Arthur Gatward

I like the Alanna that points a lot.

Wayne Yu

Hi Alanna, great video, I really appreciate all the hard work you put into your videos, especially at a time like this. You really are a star. And if youre struggling for content to put out, take a week or two off from it, everyone need a break, more so at a crappy time like this. Im sure people would understand. As for your masterpieces, i think you did very well with them both. And art is your interpretation of something, so if its ok to/for you, then its acceptable. It doesnt matter what other people think about it. As for me coming to your patreon, you had mentioned it in a couple of your videos on youtube, so i thought, I love your content on youtube, so why not join patreon and get to see more of your awesomness. Anyway keep up the amazing work. Stay safe.

Hi, Alanna, another very entertaining video. I am sorry you feel sad although I understand why, as I said before just remember all your subscribers and Patreons are giving you a big cyber cuddle. I first became aware of your Patreon channel when you mentioned it in a video, I can't remember which one, i then clicked on the link and the rest is history. The part of Canada I've visited is Saskatchewan where my relatives emigrated to, the things i most remember are how flat it is and how straight the roads are. If copyright permits how about an Alanna sings Leonard Cohen video, obviously you must wear appropriate headgear. I know you've just done one but how about making the livestreams regular while lockdown lasts, they are great fun and we all feel happier after them. We must talk about the paintings, I'm sure your parents have them on display, they remind me very much of mine, its comforting to know I'm not the only person who paints like that. Second one was best. Looking forward to your next video soon.

Stephen Parker

Patreon in general I heard about through another Youtuber's videos before you started using it. How did I hear about yours specifically? You mention it a lot and link it in the videos. Simple as that really. Now as for the reason I subscribed... I use ad blockers, I haven't seen a Youtube advert since the month they originally started using them way back in 2009? More recently I started to really despise what YT are doing to some users with false copyright claims, one user recently had strikes because they used some music from the YT Audio library, which was later removed by YT without warning and bam. Someone copyright claimed it. 50 something videos removed. So yeah, I refuse to allow YT ads. As to why I subscribed to your Patreon, I watch all of your videos and enjoy the content, and I'm fully aware that $5 on Patreon is worth way more than several thousand video views on YT. Even if I only subscribe for 1 month, that $5 is more than you'd get if I allowed YT ads, clicked everyone on every video for a whole year. ;)

Mohegan13

I like your artistic rendition of Odds & Ends, but both are Masterpieces! I see on YouTube a number of Pub Quiz videos. Maybe a A&N Canadian version can be a episode? πŸΊπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Steve Mikre

I was watching you youtube videos for ages, when you started mentioning patreon I decided to sign up. I think I waited a few months I can't remember the exact trigger. Not very helpful, but the reason was I am a big fan and wanted to support you

Simon

Maybe in your Youtube video you should acknowledge how you are feeling. As you said, a lot of people will be feeling the same way too and might appreciate someone talking about it. I know it isn't your usual style but times are strange. Anyway, as usual, your crafting skills are just amazing! I hope you find something to relieve the sadness and maybe even the boredom. Thanks for the effort you put into keeping us entertained.
