Great acting!
Added 2020-04-17 17:01:00 +0000 UTCI watched The Two Popes and although I am not religious in any way, I found it really interesting! Leads Jonathan Pryce and Anthony Hopkins are incredible, the cinematography is beautiful and some of the scenes really stuck with me afterwards.
Granted, this movie wasn't made for me and I did get bored in certain parts (I mean, it IS over 2 hours). BUT I can see how important the story is and what a high-quality movie it is. Definitely worth a watch.

If you are not religious in any way then the movie was probably made for you. Since it's all about box office success, and most people who watch contemporary movies are probably "not religious" either, the movie is a perfect fit for the audience.
