There are so many different flavours of Schnapps, list is endless. The honeydew reminded me of the time i found something called Absinthe at a party and i had a pint glass at hand. First and only time i had Absinthe

Gary Parsons

I’m so happy you didn’t edit out that glorious burp.

Jim On Toast

banana liquor, chocolate vodka strawberry liquor, a banana split shooter!!

Suzanne Hawkins

peppermint schnappes on ice cream, OMG yum!!!

Suzanne Hawkins

tom collins! gin and collins mix!

Suzanne Hawkins

Wisers is what my Dad drinks with ginger ale.

jillian b

Of course, you should always find ways to make parents look silly for your own amusement!

Adam Clark

The honeydew stuff DOES look like absinthe - thankfully doesn't taste like it lol

Adventures and Naps

Oh, ginger ale! Haven't had ginger ale in ages - bet that's great together!

Adventures and Naps

Blame the Maple Leafs for everything!!

Adventures and Naps

Maybe I should get my parents into drinking games??

Adventures and Naps

Oh myyyy that sounds incredible!!

Adventures and Naps

It's funny, while at work yesterday, I heard an entire short podcast about gin and then whisky/whiskey and bourbon. The honeydew stuff looks like absinthe. Apparently the parents know how to drink. Now we know where you got it from. 🤣 Day drinking rules.

The Raven

It's quite nice. You'll find it in most supermarkets, if ya manage to get back to the UK that is. :P

Mohegan13

Thanks for watching!! :)

Adventures and Naps

Banana beer?? That sounds a bit better.

Adventures and Naps

Thanks Graham, hope you're doing well!

Adventures and Naps

Ah, of course Canadian cheese! I'm not sure about Fever Tree - that's usually what I get in England but would imagine you can get it here.. maybe

Adventures and Naps

My mum saw: "What are you doing with all those??"

Adventures and Naps

Thanks so much pal!

Adventures and Naps

Cheers! Hope you weren't up too late with editing. I'd definitely recommend trying dark rum mixed with ginger ale for a change.

Dr Philip J Naylor

Maple leaves is grammatically correct. Blame the Toronto hockey team for most of the confusion, because "Maple Leafs" is a proper name, which can be spelled however the heck they want it to be spelled.

Wayne Yu

Haha, loved it! I have always hated banana flavoured stuff, it makes me feel sick just writing this. Maybe you could get the rest of the family in on a bit of a session to help with the lockdown/isolation situation, it would pass a happy evening i am sure. I hope you are holding up ok under all the stress. Stay safe and stay happy. Also, wash your hands. Thank you for your awesome work.

Adam Clark

have some rum then go for a run then have some rum then go for a run them have some rum and try to stand up :P

waklpolo cirencester

Hi Alanna great video. Agree about the Appleton Rum very nice. Been to their estate on a tour by train from Montego Bay when it still ran. Rum on the way there, tour, lunch, rum on the way back and a bottle in my bag - fun informative day. Take care.

Ian

Oh My Dog! Hope your Sister doesn't show your Mother this episode because she wants to be her favorite! Thank you for making me laugh...😊👍

Steve Mikre

I never use Tonics with spirits. If I wish to mix I tend to use soft drinks. I can't stand the taste of quinine. Can't say I've ever had banana liqueur, but I've had banana bread beer. Does that count :P

Mohegan13

Thanks Alanna for another great video,I raised my coffee cup to you as it was morning here in u.k.,will have a glass of single malt tonight though.Just love your videos, take care and look after yourself.

Graham Lavers

Hilarious! Glad to see your parents also don't like to throw away the really weird shit, 'just in case…'

Chris

Hi, Alanna, that was great fun, just what we need in lockdown. Please don't spill the green one on your mum's carpet, she may not be pleased. Not sure if its available in Canada but I think Fever Tree is best tonic, I like the lemon or cucumber flavours. Please remember to charge your batteries we need more brilliant content from you. How about a cheese tasting video, Canadian versus British? Stay safe and stay positive, even though it's not easy, things will be sorted out and you have a load of cyber friends supporting you. Looking forward to your next video soon.

Stephen Parker

this was a great video - how did u get all those bottles to yr bedroom without people noticing??

Tom

Awesome video. My cheeks hurt from all the laughing. I love these kind of videos. You really are amazing. Keep up the amazing work your doing. And take it easy.
