The new releases are back to normal in Gumroad.

Yesterday I received a Gumroad email saying PayPal has suspended Gumroad's use of their service (for all creators). I then decided to temporarily pause the sale of the new releases until they accepted the new payment methods, because the last resort (in case of a refusal of the new methods) involves giving up on your account balance.
Everything went well, and the products should be available again. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
