I'm sold, it's just the right amount of absurd without shattering my sense of disbelief... but admittedly, I do find the whole "non-human MC" subgenre of isekai genuinely entertaining. Slime, Sword, and Spider are all incredible series, so fingers crossed that Vending Machine will eventually join that lineup!
I don't think I'd endanger myself to save a vending machine... but I can understand the MC's obsession/passion towards them cause I'd love to visit Japan & experience their convenience on a scale the US could never successfully replicate. Can't wait to see what other products he'll display & what broken skills he'll acquire!
