Moving Map rotation & navigation fixes

NEW:
Rotate map view
In follow mode, map rotates automatically with aircraft. Click the compass to orange for north-up in follow mode.
Disable follow mode to rotate the map manually, by click+dragging the compass icon.
Global Navigation FIXES and IP points from the miz file available in map settings.
New google maps layers
Click on aircraft trail to remove it
