Commissions process

I will be adding a commissions tier that works like a slot when commissions are open
regardless of what tier you were, you might only pay the difference and that's totally fine
consider it as a discount! For, example: your tier 10$ and your commission is 60$ then you end up paying the 50$ difference, more
I will add a link to a doc that includes how-to DO/don'ts and all you need to know
