2023-01-04 18:53:50 +0000 UTCMob didn't reach 100% when he attacked Teru, he passed out due to Teru choking him. Some other entity takes over his body when he gets unconscious. He eventually reached 100% sadness after he realized that he had failed to stop himself from using his powers even though he was unconscious during the use. It was the same case during the childhood flashback since he got knocked out when his head hit the wall after he was thrown by that bully.
