Very good. As a kid I hated this special specifically because of it's lack of action BUT as an adult I can appreciate it a lot more. It's a funny idea that Goku Jr. has a head band like Bardock lol. Goku Junior did something that even his great-great-great Grand father couldn't. At least not until episode of Bardock. Also the ending for DBGT was planned out before hand (I don't know exactly when it was) so it's likely that a lot of it was intended to coincide with the ending that we got in DBGT.
