P*M*D* worldbuilding 4

Reckon I can throw these two together since they're partners!

Lai*ron and noi*vern have been leading the guild for the longest time! Having noticed middle stage pokemon get left in the dust in favor of full-rookie or fully evolved and experienced porkymen, lai*ron decided to set up his own guild centered exclusively on the porkymen that had evolved just once, and only once, to even the playfield a little bit. 

While his small guild is connected to the big one, that give him the freedom to reach to 3rd parties for small or bigger contracts and job without having to rely on the big league's permission.

While he can be strict and stern, he just wants to offer those left behind a place where they can work and grow a name, and move to the big leagues when ready to do so. He wouldn't shame anyone for wanting to grow out of the nest, tho he wouldn't mind if they stayed with him a bit longer! He prefers to have small teams under his wing, as to not grow out of control. Currently he leads two 4-mon main teams while offering sidejobs to anyone who wishes to take them, so long they're a 2nd stage porkymen.

Noi acts more as a secretary of the guild, organizing paperwork, taking jobs and putting them on the board, organizing the teams and giving them guidance and whatnot. He enjoys the busywork, as his well-mannered attitude is not the best when it comes to adventuring or doing business. He has a hard time declining the porkymen that aren't /suited/ to join the guild.

Lewding wise, noi is too well mannered to be too kinky himself, tho he tend to go overdrive when he gets a taste of blood, which as a bat, he tends to enjoy more as a treat or when feeling like spicing up the horny times. 

Lai*ron is a forced top of sorts cuz not many are willing to hump a porkymen made out of steel, whether that's missconception or reality, no one knows~ While he and noi are not in a relationship of any sorts beyond business, they enjoy themselves every now and then, maybe after work, grabbing a bite, maybe a literal bite, and then they go wild for a night, huhu~ Fun.

They'd make a cute couple :)
