Tiers Rework!

I do want to rework it a bit to make it good for us and more beneficial to those who subbed for me both short-term and long-term patrons. The tiers you see it still work in progress. I'll make it more tier and more benefits like character suggestions, poll votes, short comic comm reward, YCH stickers reward, and more! please stay tuned >< love you all♥
