What happened with Vic Grimes’ run in WWE as “Key”? I remember him debuting, having maybe one match on Jakked or Metal, then completely disappearing
He was the subject of our Fightful Select Dark Match Commentary very early on, and I had misjudged him for years. He was brought in for what was supposed to be a drug dealer gimmick....yeah. The rumor was that he and Al Snow had problems, but I don't know how real that was. He wrestled a lot in WWE's connected PPW, and had a lot of Kurt Angle's early matches. He only had one match on WWE TV and was nixed. That was in part because Droz had his career ended, and all plans for their faction were done then. WWF recommended that Grimes work in ECW, and he did, but got a reputation for being dangerous. The longstanding reason was that Al Snow didn't like working with him, and that spelled the end of him in WWE.
Will there ever be an ROH TV deal?
WBD offered one, and Tony Khan wouldn't do it. He has a cost in mind for the Ring of Honor brand that so far no companies have been willing to meet. WBD actually ended up getting a replay for Dynamite on TruTV at 10 PM ET on Fridays where they hoped ROH would be. To me, unless you put stock into ROH booking, nobody is ever going to make a real offer for it.
What kind of testing do wrestlers undergo to ensure they're free of disease? Moreso AEW specifically because they do a lot of blood spots.
They undergo regular blood testing. You can actually see in an old interview I did with Chuck Taylor where he talks about it a little bit when I asked him why he has a band aid on his arm. They sometimes have to submit testing for athletic commissions as well. There are medical teams and such that help them do such.

TK should have taken the offer for ROH. Then he could have built it up to where he could get a better deal. Right now there's no incentive for what he wants to charge.
