hi Sean, in your opinion is there anybody that could plausibly return to the industry and get that kind of "holy shit, we didn't think we would ever see this person again" pop that we saw for CM Punk in 2021 or Shane McMahon in 2016? obviously not someone we've seen tangentially still connected with the industry but someone beloved that we legitimately thought had walked away for good

For the sake of this, we'll not include names that have officially or medically retired. I'm not sure that there's anybody, honestly. Wrestlers are working longer than ever, and taking care of themselves better than ever, with better major company schedules than ever. All those legends who jumped to TNA in the 2000s for the better schedules -- those are the schedules in WWE and AEW now, for millions of dollars in many cases.

Batista, Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H could all get that reaction, but they can't or won't.

There are still potential return pops for Chris Jericho and Paige/Saraya in WWE. As far as an "we didn't think we'd ever see them again," maybe Monty Brown from an incredibly niche perspective?

Is Tay Melo and/or Anna Jay injured?

No. They're in the women's tag team title tournament. I was honestly surprised to not see them factored into the Blood & Guts match. I'm sure they were also surprised by that. Especially with the number of participants in it. But I've not heard anything about either of them being injured.

How do you keep your sanity Interacting with the toxic trash that is facebook?

If you mean the individuals themselves, they never go outside. I don't meet them at shows or conventions because acting weird about pro wrestling doesn't play to the public nearly as well as it does online. I've had one person say "you blocked me on twitter!" on person and everyone looked at him weird.

If you mean the lying ass pages that post fake stuff, I realized that we had to make a dent on that because it's a giant purveyor of misinformation. From fake stories, to fake wrestler pages, it needed a lot of cleaning up.
